Remember When?

Remember when we were young and free,
And Texas Western was the place to be?

Can you believe it’s been 50 years!
Our “Golden” reunion is what nears

What do you remember about your past?
Here are some things that were a blast:

Painting the M and Sadie Hawkins Day,
All of our “Beauties” on display,

Going to The Sub to see who was there,
Ditching classes on a dare,

The football and basketball teams played well
Being at the games, now that was swell!

The band, Golddiggers, and the Drum Corps,
The cheerleaders yelling for a score,

Those crazy engineers and the mine
On St. Pat’s Day drawing the green line,

Greek Rush, Sing Song, and Variety Show,
Snow Fiesta where everyone wanted to go

Homecoming, the Co-ed and Military Balls,
Waiting for a date, someone please call!
