If you would like to participate in the ceremony, please complete the online Confirmation Form below by December 3, 2009.  You may pick up your staff permit from the Office of University Relations, located at 1608 Hawthorne.

ON COMMENCEMENT DAY:   Meet the Staff Marshal in the tunnel entrance of the Haskins Center thirty minutes before the ceremony.  Academic regalia is optional; however, if you do not wear regalia, it is recommended that you wear dark clothing.

NOTE:  Academic regalia is required of all faculty participating in the ceremony but not necessary for staff.
