Graduates of the Class of 2009 have an opportunity to purchase a 2009 Class Medallion and contribute to the Commencement Medallion Scholarship Fund.  The commemorative brass medallion may be worn at Commencement and makes an excellent memento to adorn your diploma or graduation photos. A limited number of medallions will be available at UTEP's Bookstore, so please be sure to purchase yours before supplies run out!
 
You will be interested to know that a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each medallion will be added to the Commencement Medallion Scholarship Fund.  Through your contribution, your graduating class will be helping a future Miner receive an academic scholarship.
 
We hope you will purchase your medallion and wear it proudly!  Some graduates have given the medallion to their loved ones as a special thank you gift. The Commencement Medallion Scholarship Fund will be a perpetual reminder of your individual success and your collective support for The University of Texas at El Paso.
